It may take a short time for the gateway to confirm. Wait for 10–15 minutes, then refresh Wallet page. If still not updated, raise a ticket under "Wallet & Payments" with transaction ID, date & time, and screenshot if available.
Go to Bizdosth Wallet section in your dashboard. You can see current balance and a list of all transactions, such as Add Money, Membership Fee, Orders etc.
Refunds depend on gateway and bank rules. Usually, failed or reversed transactions are auto-refunded to your bank within a few working days. If you do not see the refund, raise a ticket with payment reference details.
