How can I upgrade or renew my membership plan?

Go to Membership / Subscription section in your dashboard, choose the desired plan (Basic, Gold, Premium) and proceed with the payment. Once payment is successful, your plan will be updated automatically.

My membership payment is successful but plan is not updated.

Sometimes it may take a few minutes to update. Please refresh the page. If it still shows old plan after 10–15 minutes, raise a support ticket under "Membership & Login" with payment reference details.
