Where can I see my orders and their status?

Go to Orders section in your dashboard. You will see all orders with their status such as Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled.

How do I set my shipping / delivery information as a seller?

Navigate to Shipping & Logistics settings in your dashboard. Add pickup address, pin code, logistics partner, delivery scope (local/state/national), working days, and handling time.

Order is shipped but buyer did not receive it yet.

Share the tracking number with the buyer and follow up with your logistics partner. If there is any dispute, raise a ticket under "Orders, Shipping & Tax" with complete order and tracking details.
