Refund and Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a service request within [48 hours/ 2-days] of placing the order, provided that the service has not yet been initiated.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@bizdosth.com with your order/reference number.
Refund Eligibility
A refund will be issued only if:
The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe and no alternative solution was provided.
There was a technical error or failure caused by us that rendered the service unusable.
The customer has cancelled within the allowed time frame and the service was not started.
Non-Refundable Services
Services that have already been completed, partially delivered, or involved third-party costs are non-refundable.
Any downloadable, digital, or consultation-based services are non-refundable once delivered.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
